Pet Policy

At The Pines at Marston Lake we know you love your pets- and we do too!

 

You’ll find pet stations located around the property for your convenience and Milk-Bones in our leasing office for those afternoon walk cravings.

 

We welcome your dogs and cats weighing 70 lbs and under (when full grown) or two pets weighing 70 lbs. total.  Because we understand that accidents sometimes happen, we do require a non-refundable $300 pet fee for one pet or $400 non-refundable fee for two pets.  Monthly pet fee is $35 for one pet or $50 for two.  Please ask us about our restricted pet policies.
