Pet Policy - The Pines at Marston Lake

We permit a maximum of two (2) animals per apartment home with a combined weight of 70 pounds or less. Animal owners must complete an Animal Addendum and pay the required refundable pet deposit of $300, and a monthly pet fee of $35.

Animal owners must supply current vet records showing up-to-date immunizations, provide a photo of each animal and provide proof of current city registration. Animals must be kept on a leash at all times when not in the owner’s apartment home and all animal owners are responsible for cleaning up after their animal. We have provided several animal waste stations throughout the community for your convenience.

The Pines at Marston Lake is a Pet Friendly community that welcomes most pets. For the well-being of our residents (two legged and four), we restrict certain breeds of dogs that have a higher risk of aggression or destructive characteristics. The following restricted breeds (or any mix of them) are not permitted on property at any time: Akitas, Chows, Dalmatians, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Presa Canarios, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Siberian Huskies, Staffordshire Terriers or Wolf Hybrids.
